Lumio Lite is a free Astro theme for agencies, startups and IT service businesses that need a multilingual company site with clear service pages. It is built with Astro 7 and Tailwind CSS 4 and includes a homepage, a services index, a page per service and nested navigation, in English and French.
It is free under the MIT License, and the source is on GitHub. Lumio, the paid version, adds three homepages, case studies, pricing, team, FAQ, a blog and 45 sections.

FAQ
Is Lumio Lite really free for client work? Yes. It uses the MIT License, so you can use it for personal and commercial projects, including client sites, as long as you keep the copyright notice and license text.
Can I run the site in English only? Yes. Run npm run remove-multilingual and the site builds in English only. Run npm run generate-multilingual-content to bring French back later.
Where do contact form messages go? To Formsubmit, Formspree or Netlify Forms, chosen in config.toml. You can switch providers later.
What does Lumio add over Lumio Lite? Three homepages, 21 pages, 45 sections, case studies, pricing, team, FAQ and a blog. Lumio costs $79 with a license for 5 projects.
