Local Storefront and Commerce Integration
Eclipse includes a working local storefront demo, so you can explore the complete shopping experience without API keys, network access, or an external ecommerce account. Products are stored in a structured JSON catalog, and the shopping cart persists in the visitor’s browser.
When you are ready for production, the included commerce provider interface gives you a clear starting point for connecting a hosted ecommerce platform or custom backend. Vendor-specific SDKs, authentication, and product normalization can remain isolated inside your provider adapter.
Keystatic CMS
Keystatic is included with Eclipse, allowing non-technical editors to manage blog posts, authors, and other website content through a friendly visual interface. It is a local, Git-based CMS, so your content continues to live in your repository as Markdown and MDX files.
Don’t want to use it? Simply run 'npm run remove Keystatic' to remove Keystatic and its dependencies from the project.
