Astro Scholar uses Astro 7, native CSS, and static output by default. It ships without a UI framework or server adapter, keeps client-side scripting small, supports light and dark modes, and can be deployed anywhere that serves static files.

The Astro catalog renders cards at a 16:9 ratio and supports a primary image plus additional gallery images. Re-capture the previews after material visual changes; do not submit the tall full-page README captures.
