Parley is an AI agent template for a modern software product. It ships twenty-two pages: home, a workflows index and three workflow detail pages, pricing with a full comparison matrix, contact, a blog with ten posts, terms, waitlist, thank-you, and a 404. Built as static Astro 7 with a component per section and no client JavaScript beyond the parts that need it.
The motion carries the design. The hero rests as an inset panel and expands to full bleed as you scroll, its corner radius flattening with it. Testimonials and integration logos run as marquees, the delegation section swaps panels on click, and Lottie panels drive the how-it-works steps. Hover springs are converted to CSS easings rather than JavaScript animation. With reduced motion enabled all animation is withdrawn while the layout stays intact.
Design tokens and a full type scale live in one stylesheet, so recolouring the whole site is a handful of custom properties. Blog posts are Markdown with typed frontmatter, and logos, features, testimonials, plans, FAQs, nav and footer links and the pricing matrix live in a content collection rather than in the markup. An optional Sveltia CMS page ships at /admin/, one static file with no dependencies.
