Hopperton is an Astro kit for bakeries and patisseries. Bakes are a content collection carrying the weekdays they come out of the oven, so the week is a repeating pattern rather than a calendar that goes stale two weeks after launch. Allergens are a referenced collection instead of a footnote, which is what makes them filterable and keeps the wording in one place. There is no cart and no checkout: a special order is a request with a lead time, because a neighborhood bakery sells over a counter and posts nothing.
A bakery's website is not a shop. The transaction happens at a counter, in the morning, in person. What the site gets asked is narrower and more urgent than a catalog: is there sourdough today, is there anything in this my son cannot eat, and can I have a cake for Sunday.
Pages:

- About (the bakery, the people, and where the flour comes from)
- Contact (hours, address, and how to reach the shop)
